Finishing requirements
Inspection requirements
Tooling requirements
Material availability
Shipping requirements
A quote becomes binding only when confirmed by MachiniX in writing.
3. Customer-provided files
Customers are responsible for ensuring that drawings, CAD files, specifications, dimensions, and other project information supplied to MachiniX are accurate and complete.
Customers represent that they have the necessary rights and authorization to provide these materials.
MachiniX may request clarification before production begins if submitted information is incomplete, inconsistent, or technically unclear.
4. Engineering and design responsibility
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, MachiniX manufactures parts according to customer-provided drawings, specifications, and approved documentation.
MachiniX does not assume responsibility for the underlying design, intended application, or suitability of a customer-designed part.
Customers are responsible for verifying that their designs meet applicable engineering, safety, regulatory, and performance requirements.
5. Production and lead times
Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith and may change due to material availability, supplier delays, production requirements, quality issues, shipping conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to expected delivery schedules.
6. Materials and substitutions
Where a specific material, grade, certification, or supplier is required, the requirement should be clearly identified before production.
MachiniX will not substitute materials or specifications where doing so would materially affect the agreed requirements without appropriate customer approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
